About En^Power

En^Power is UpCode Academy’s new event series launched in conjunction with Singapore Smart Nation Challenge(SSNC) that aims to empower aspiring entrepreneurs like yourself. Through this series, we will help you find your direction, give you access to useful tools and assist you in establishing powerful networks to create products that go above and beyond.
In the first session of En^Power, we will explore the following topics:- What are the stages in the product development cycle?
- What is ideation?
- Why is validation crucial in product development and how can we conduct validation?

Cai Li has extensive experience in building tech products. Having worn many hats while running Airfrov, he is also well-versed in business development.

Shan has more than 5 years of experience in product design with a special focus in delivering interfaces that are highly optimised and easy to use.
Huang Yixuan, Product Designer of Seedly
Yixuan has a strong background in UI/UX design. She has designed products both for corporates such as DBS bank and startups such as StaffAny. She is now doing product design for Seedly.
Vamsi Krishna, Senior Product Manager of Funding Societies
Vamsi is an expert in product development and management. He was previously a Product Engineer in Works Applications Co.
