NodeJS, ExpressJS,AngularJS and MongoDB are commonly known as the MEAN Stack. They are frequently used together to develop great web applications.

Instructor

The instructor for this event, Francis, works in Oracle as a Cloud Specialist. He has been developing applications professionally for more than 10 years for research labs, banks, public sector and personal project. 

Besides having built large-scaled high performance and mission critical applications, he has been involved in various projects involving cyber security, blockchain, chatbots and mobile applications. 

Francis also served as the Assistant Director for the Monetary Authority of Singapore for four years. During his three years with UBS AG, Francis also designed (technical), implemented and supported Web and batch applications that include a financial instrument risk calculator, trade risk aggregation and scenario simulation and Credit Risk calculation, detection and monitoring in JEE and Oracle PL/SQL

In this meetup, he will share some rules and tips on how to become a proficient developer.
